GUARANTEE
- INSAUSTI offers a guarantee of 5 years for medical trolleys, counting from the invoice date.
- The guarantee period is valid as long as the origin of the fault or damage is not the transport or assembly of the product, handling or repairs done by purchaser or a third party, incorrect usage, different use of the one to which it was designed for, nor accident.
- INSAUSTI keeps the right to adopt the appropriate technical solution that considers in the products with guarantee.
QUALITY
INSAUSTI medical trolleys are made of high quality materials and are assembled following a strict procedure in our Barbatáin plant.
Regarding our production and customer service, since 2002 year, it is implemented quality system based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001 standard.
